Melfort and Tisdale to Host the Provincial Junior Open Championship, Oct 27-31, 2021!

The North-East part of Saskatchewan will be the curling hotspot for junior curlers and fans from October 27-31, 2021.

The Junior Men’s Open Provincial Championship will be held at the Melfort Curling Club while the Junior Women’s Open Provincial Championship will be hosted at the Tisdale Community Curling Club.

CURLSASK will declare one winner from each event and they will represent Saskatchewan at the 2022 World Junior Championship Team Qualification Event held November 22-27, 2021 at the Granite Curling Club in Saskatoon.

All athletes must be 20 years of age or less on June 30, 2021 to be eligible for the World Juniors.

Registration for this event will open up next month.

Now is the time to start forming your team in the hopes of being our next Team Canada!

There will also be the regular Junior Provincials happening February 24-28, 2022. This will make a truly busy season for our under 20 curlers!
