Welcome Jamie Regier!

CURLSASK is excited to announce that we have hired Jamie Regier as our new Community Development Coordinator. Jamie’s first day with CURLSASK was on Tuesday, August 15.

Jamie comes with a wealth of knowledge and said working for CURLSASK is his dream job. He was the head ice maker for the Watrous Curling Club for many years before moving to Regina to marry his lovely wife a year ago. He also has experience as a club manager and running youth programs. He is eager, excited and most importantly passionate about growing curling in Saskatchewan!

“I am very excited to be working at CURLSASK,” said Jamie. “Curling has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in a small town curling rink and worked as an ice technician for ten years. I am happy to be continuing in a career in curling.”

“Jamie Regier brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization,” said Steve Turner, Executive Director of CURLSASK. “We are thrilled to welcome him on board and we know he is the perfect fit for our Community Development Coordinator Position.”
