Remeshylo, Grindheim & Rempel Claim SK Hit, Draw & Tap Championships

SK Youth Get Taste of Arena Experience at Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Moose Jaw!

The 3rd Annual Curling Canada’s Hit, Draw & Tap presented by Tim Hortons Provincial Shooutout  took place Sunday afternoon in between the semi-final & final games at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Moose Jaw!

An estimated 300 participants this season competed first at their club level, where they then submitted their scores into the Curling Canada National Scoreboard and into our provincial leaderboard. CURLSASK then invited the Top 5 here in Saskatchewan to compete for the HDT Championship Trophy!

We were excited to see some familiar & new faces from every corner of the province make the trip out to Moose Jaw to spend the day with us. Special guests in attendance were Premier Scott Moe, Tim Hortons representatives & even some special player appearances from Team Wildcard (Jennifer Jones) and Team Mantioba (Kerri Einarson). A big thank you to all the helping hands that assisted us with putting this together of our future curlers, we hope to see a few of these participants competing at a future Scotties or Brier!
