New Lineups Shake Up 2019 Field!
As the Olympic cycle is over and a new season has begun, a common theme seen on the curling circuit not just in Saskatchewan, but all around Canada, is the mix up of team lineups coming into this year!
Here in Saskatchewan, the mix up was in full swing during golfing season, as many recognized teams & individuals made the announcement. The most notable was the likes of Team Matt Dunstone! Dunstone who played third and threw skip rocks in last years provincial championship run, has welcomed back two Saskatchewan boys back to the prairies in Braeden Moskowy & Catlin Schneider. As Colton Flasch made the move over to Team Koe, the Marsh brothers joined forces with the Muyres brothers, where former lead Trent Knapp joined brother Kelly Knapp on the Josh Heidt rink!
As we move around the province, former Team Canada Mixed Doubles representative Dustin Kalthoff joined former provincial mens champion Shaun Meachem. And long time teammates reunite in Brent Gedak & Derek Owens welcoming Jason Ackerman & Curt Horwath.
A lot of mixups and will be exciting to see the teams collide in Whitewood! Make sure to get your tickets and “Live it Live” at the Mosaic Patch right next door to the arena! Check out the full event website below!
