Jiffy Lube Junior Men's & Women's Provincial Championship Event Preview

Jiffy Lube Junior Men’s & Women’s Provincial Championship ~ Regina Callie Curling Club

With it being an Olympic Curling Year, we will get a little taste of provincial curling action before the New Year as the Jiffy Lube Junior Men’s & Women’s Provincial Championship will get underway December 27 at the Regina Callie Curling Club!

The Regina Callie will be no stranger to having its share of Junior teams around the club this season, as they were host to the first Junior Qualification Spiel back in early November!

Team Hannah Anderson (Saskatoon)

Team Shawn Vereschagin (Saskatoon)

Past Champions in the Mix

We will have a mix of past provincial champions who will be amongst the strong field in both the Men’s & Women’s Championships!

On the men’s side, there will be many skips who will hopefully be returning to the playoff picture once again. All four skips who lead their team into the playoffs at the 2017 Jiffy Lube Provincial Championship, will be back once again, some with a few slight changes to their lineups.

While on the women’s side, there are a lot of familiar and new faces to the provincial scene this season! Defending champions in Sara England and Rayann Zerr will be in the mix once again, along with U18 Provincial Champions Rachel Erickson and Sarah Hoag who also added a few new players to their lineups!
