Busy Weekend Ahead for Saskatchewan Teams

Saskatchewan Men’s & Women’s Curling Tour – Moose Jaw, SK

The final SWCT spiel of the season will get underway this weekend as we inch our way closer to the Viterra Scotties Women’s Provincial Championship Jan. 2-7 in Melfort! Nancy Martin claimed the previous SWCT spiel last weekend at the Saskatoon Nutana Curling Club. First draw is slated for 6:30 p.m. Friday evening!

The Moose Jaw Ford Curling Centre will be a busy place this weekend, as it is also host to the SCT spiel. Team Dale Craig of Saskatoon claimed the first tour spiel of the season, with 12 teams looking to claim crucial tour points this weekend in Moose Jaw.

Ashley Store Men’s Curling Classic – Penticton, BC

Penticton will host some of the top men’s teams on tour this weekend, with headliners Reid Carruthers, Niklas Edin, Kevin Koe & Mike McEwen amongst the field. Two Saskatchewan teams will hit the ice Friday morning!
