Saskatchewan Women's & Mixed Doubles Teams Compete in WCT Events this Weekend!
The curling scene is in full swing in the province of Saskatchewan as the Saskatoon Nutana Curling Club hosts its annual Colonial Square Ladies Curling Classic! Again this year will be another strong and competitive field of competitors coming from across Canada, Japan, South Korea, Scotland, Sweden, and all importantly from our own back door in Saskatchewan!! Saskatchewan Teams Competing: Team Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon) Team Brett Barber (Biggar) Team Chantelle Eberle (Regina) Team Amber Holland (Regina) Team Ashley Howard (Regina) Team Nancy Martin (Saskatoon) Team Robyn Silvernagle (North Battleford) Make sure to head on down to the Saskatoon Nutana Curling Club to catch the action all weekend long! One short week later the Men’s teams will take their turn in the annual Colonial Square Inn & Suites Men’s Curling Classic. $80.00 – Event Passes for both Men’s & Women’s $40.00 – One Weekend Pass $15.00 – Day Pass $10.00 – Evening Draw As the Mixed Doubles Curling Olympic Trials get underway in the new year, teams are looking to capture crucial tour points to help them book a spot for the opportunity to potentially wear that Maple Leaf at the 2018 Winter Olympics!
