Team SK Daily Blog #5 – U18 Men's

Team Sask was up early again for a Fridaymorning game against Team Ontario at 10:00 am, oursecond game in the Championship round robin play. The game was tied up at 1-1 going into the 6th end. We Manage to score2 in the 6th end and then we stole 3 in the 7th to seal the deal. This put our record at 6-1, assuring us a spot in the semi finals on Saturday.

We then returned for our third time to our local favorite Restaurant, Gustos, for lunch.

The GP’s visitedthe local casino buffet. I think Lorne may have ran them out of crab legs.

 

Back to the hotel for a rest to prepare for our 6:00 pm game against Team BC. The winner would finish 1st overall and the loser would claim the 2nd place spot in the championship round robin.

Team BC came out on top, in this one. We now play Team Nova Scotia at 1:00 pm in one of the 2 semifinal games.

The parents visited the Atlantic parents night last night, good times for all.
